The Kiwanis Club of Oak Harbor enjoys working closely with children in our community and presents certificates on a quarterly basis at every elementary school. The certificates are intended to recognize students who put forth an extra effort and work very hard achieving their goals. Student goals may vary and may include such things as getting homework in on time or continuing to "try" in a subject area they find particularly difficult. Only one child is selected from each classroom to receive a certificate. Kiwanis International Achieving by Believing Award is a very special honor and we are especially proud of the recipients.
